Duties of the Employer:
Atex 137 and Atex 95 directives place new duties on employers concerning minimum requirements for the protection of process equipment and its individual components from the effects of uncontrolled explosions. These requirements, however, are of a general nature – they do not prescribe any specific technical solutions.
Consequently, a good many companies have considerable difficulty assessing their choice of explosion protection systems, installing or operating ones.
Atex Wolff & Company has been under contract with leading European process safety companies for more than a decade.
How Atex Wolff & Company can help:
As part of this collaboration, we undertake comprehensive process safety projects based on the latest engineering advancements and current legal requirements (design, delivery, commissioning and routine inspections).
