Explosion Protection Document

Duties of the Employer:

Currently all facilities where an uncontrolled explosion and resultant fire may occur must create and maintain a Work Area Protection Document (Dokument Zabezpieczenia Stanowiska Pracy).

This document must set out detailed procedures for work area protection, safe practice, and evacuation in the event of a dangerous occurrence. All staff must be made aware of the document before taking up employment in the respective work area.
