Analiza ryzykaDuties of the Employer:

In accordance with the EU Directives Atex 137 and Atex 95, transposed into Polish national law through applicable decisions of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy, employers are required to create and maintain a Risk Assessment Document. The risk assessment process identifies the risks associated with the presence of flammable and explosive dusts, powders, liquids, vapours or gases in the workplace. It also defines the steps that need to be taken in order to eliminate or control such hazards.

All employers are required to update their Risk Assessment Documents at least once a year.
